Nadine Wilkie, professional hair and make-up artist, with over 17 years experience working with great success in feature films, television, advertising, magazines and various celebrities. Born in Australia, Nadine started her career as a beauty consultant for Clinique and Yves Saint Laurent. She quickly secured a position as the national make-up artist for Yves Saint Laurent , travelling throughout Australia conducting workshops educating both customers and staff. During this time, Nadine completed her studies in 1994 at Film Make-up Technology in Sydney. Nadine successfully went to work on various commercials and feature films such as Moulin Rouge, Star Wars II & III, The Matrix and Peter Pan. *Star Wars III was nominated for an Oscar and Saturn Award in 2006 for outstanding hair and make-up. Nadine was part of the team that worked with BAFA winning make-up artist/hair designer Nikki Gooley. In 2003, Nadine made the move to London. Working on film premieres & press junkets a diverse range of men's and women fashion magazines, music clients, catalogue and children's shoots. She is also using her longstanding experience to collaborate with exciting new fashion website Catwalkyourself.com as Creative Editor. Nadine during all those years has harvest an immense bundle of knowledge and understanding and knows how to hold, conduct and organize , which gives her a huge advantage on any given job she works on. She is a warm and generous character, with a real feel for life and always pays respect and attention to every person working with her on any given set.
